We establish a project budget early in the design phase allowing us to bring your ideas to paper and make decisions within the parameters of the project budget. This process allows us to be very efficient with our design time which saves our clients money and shortens the project schedule. Any changes to the design during the construction phase can be done onsite in a timely fashion without creating delays in the project schedule, because the designer is part of the construction team.
Robert Reed Associates has an open book policy with our clients. We provide estimates and expense reporting for all phases of the construction. We have a close relationship with all our sub-contractors having worked with many of them for over 15 years. This creates one point of accountability for the project's budget and greatly reduces any change orders through construction.
We are constantly keeping up to date with new building products, focusing on energy efficiency and the latest in construction technology. We are very experienced problem solvers. Our goal is to interpret and organize our client's ideas into a successful design and construction project maintaining the highest level of quality and finishing the project within the proposed budget and schedule.
